She paired this outfit with yellow high heels and a small matching handbag from the Italian brand Aquazzura. In the event photos, she raised her thumb as if to say, “No.”

“Everyone is saying ‘Yes’ to everything, and agreeing is being overvalued. I understand the significance of refusal. ‘No’ is a powerful word,” Shakira shared about the meaning behind her choice of clothing.
