Kourtney Kardashian has starred in a topless pH๏τoshoot after opening up about how she talks to her unborn baby, following a terrifying pregnancy scare.
Last month, her husband Travis Barker was forced to cancel concerts while on tour with Blink 182, after rushing to be by Kourtney’s side following a medical “emergency.”
The 44 year old revealed on social media that she had to have emergency fetal surgery to save her baby’s life.
Now Kourtney has opened up more about the ordeal during an interview and pH๏τoshoot with Vanity Fair, which saw her showcase her bump in nothing but tights.
Speaking to the publication, Kourtney said: “I feel like I’ll go into detail sooner or later because I hope it can help others, but today I don’t feel ready yet because it was really scary.”
She added the petrifying experience has left her so ‘grateful’ and talking to her baby every day.
“I would say that right after the surgery, I reached the point where I let myself go, I stopped worrying. Now I talk to the baby every day, have a positive mindset, keep my head straight, and say a lot of prayers,” she said.
“And I feel really lucky and grateful. Well, I have a lot of graтιтude, yes. Not that I didn’t have it before, but perhaps since it came easy to me, I took the pregnancy for granted.”
Kourtney is already mum to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight, whose dad is her ex-partner Scott Disick.
Last year she tied the knot with Blink 182 drummer Travis during a lavish ceremony in Portofino, Italy.
The couple ocumented their difficulty getting pregnant on the Disney reality show The Kardashians, with Kourtney going through IVF to try and conceive.
However, despite their journey, Kourtney revealed that she ended up falling pregnant naturally after the couple stopped trying to ‘force the process.’
The Poosh business owner has received a lot of backlash for getting pregnant in her 40s, with many pointing out it’s considered a high-risk pregnancy.
But the brunette beauty hit back at the trolls, saying that the comments ‘don’t affect her’ as people shouldn’t be ‘questioning God’s plans.’
While the TV personality looked heavily pregnant in the pH๏τoshoot, she has not yet confirmed the exact due date of her baby.
However, fans are speculating that the birth could be just weeks away, with the star likely to give birth anytime between now and December.
